I’m about to head off to bed, but wanted to post a quickie since I haven’t blogged in a few days.

We spent all day (well most all of it) today re-arranging the girls’ rooms.  They are now sharing one room and the other is their play room.  Our downstairs was the play room/family room, but we are taking it back since they just cannot keep all 3 rooms clean and we never can use the family room.  We’ve still got quite a bit of work to go to get all three rooms done, but then we can next tackle some other areas of the house that have been on hold FOREVER!  I’ll have to get some pics up when we’re done - I HOPE we’ll have their two rooms all done tomorrow and MAYBE a good start on the family room in the next few days.  I recently got another cheap cabinet to go in my kitchen to use as a temporary pantry.  This darn house has a great sized kitchen and plenty of cabinets, but NO pantry.  Eric is planning to build one for me to match the shelves and such, but since that was going to be a little while we had purchased a cheap little cabinet from Target to use for the time being.  Problem was that not everything fit in it, so for a year I’ve had some things still sitting on my counters and stuff stuffed into every cabinet where I could find a couple open inches.  I got totally fed up about a week ago and told Eric to just go buy me another cabinet for now and we’ll get to the pantry when we can.  Finally…NO MORE BOXES in my kitchen or food on the counters any more!  YAY! 

I started off the week very productive and getting so much design work done, then Wednesday came.  I had to turn my attention to some needed OPA work, and while I did get a great deal of work done for OPA, there’s always much more to do, and I didn’t get as much designing done.  Today though during the re-arranging break, I did finish the last of 4 sets of quick pages I’ll be posting probably Monday.  I have sets for the Ponytails kit, the Dressed up Boy kit, the Primary Wonder kit, and the Pumpkin Patch kit.  I have a good number of elements made for the Colorful Memories Collection, and maybe over the next few days I can now finish that up too and get those released sometime next week.

I haven’t done any scrapping this week (other than to create 12 quick pages LOL).  I may make several new sets of templates too using some of my newer layouts and some of these quick pages.  Something else to maybe coming later this month. 

I finally uploaded a few pictures I took at the end of September last night too. 

Kyleigh is absolutely infatuated with Band-Aids.   This particular day when she asked for a Band-Aid, for an old boo boo, I sent her upstairs with Alyssa while I was doing something to get her one.  A little while later I went to see what was taking so long and found Ky with 10 Band-Aids on her legs on every old boo boo, scratch and bruise! LOL  They finished off the entire box!  ugh.

And here’s one of the sleeping beauties last night.  Eric went to wake Alyssa to go to the bathroom and came down and said “What do you do when there is no way to wake up Alyssa without waking Ky too?” LOL  He said they each had their arms around each other and were so entwined, there was no way to wake up Alyssa only.  I went to grab the camera and by the time we got in there, they had moved apart some…still sweet babies.   When Alyssa got up to go to the bathroom, Ky started reaching for her and crying “my siser, my siser.”  She ended up waking up too and going potty as well, and then they both snuggled up together again and went back to sleep.

Ok..with that I’m heading to bed.  I’m pooped.  We’ve been up since early this morning when Alyssa woke us up to tell us Ky had thrown up all over her bed.  She continued throwing up all morning and then finally was feeling better by the evening.  She didn’t have a fever this morning, but had a low one in the evening.  I’m hoping she’s all back to normal tomorrow, and no one else is sick.  We’ve got plans to go to the pumpkin patch after Church if we can, and we need to finish working on that play room.  Plus Eric has to work tomorrow night.
